Mitchell Panter is a partner in the Miami personal-injury law firm Panter, Panter & Sampedro, P.A.. He is board-certified as a civil trial lawyer by the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. At the age of 31, Panter argued American Aerial Lift v. Jose Perez in the Florida Supreme Court, a precedent-setting case involving the awarding of a $1.7 million verdict in the trial court for his client. Panter has degrees from the University of Michigan and the University of Miami School of Law. He has taught a number of classes and seminar and is involved with numerous bar associations at both a local and national level.
Joe Rodriguez has 26 years of experience in the legal information and client development industries. He helps law firms build Web-based marketing strategies that improve the size and quality of their client base, and increase their profitability. He also speaks to legal education seminars and marketing groups on topics such as trends in law firm marketing.
